Submitting suggestions, remarks, complaints, and appreciations
Starting from the 2022/23 academic year, all students of the University of Siena can submit suggestions, remarks, complaints, or appreciations through an online form, ensuring that student feedback receives the attention it deserves.
Listening to students’ experiences is a priority, as it enables the University to:
- Improve services;
- Implement corrective or preventive measures;
- Monitor service quality;
- Recognize and value positive feedback.
Definitions:
- Complaint – A formal claim regarding unsatisfactory or failed service provided by a University structure.
- Suggestion – A proposal aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, cost-saving, or quality standards.
- Remark – A notification regarding inefficiencies, inappropriate actions, or failed activities.
- Appreciation – A statement of satisfaction related to a service, positive experience, or achievement.
Students are encouraged to use this platform to contribute to the continuous improvement of university services.
